Welcome to our stunning new luxury cabin, designed to provide an unforgettable escape with amazing views of Mt. LeConte, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and downtown Gatlinburg from your private deck. This beautiful 4-bedroom cabin, with an additional bunk bed area, comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Relax in the spacious hot tub while watching the lighted Ober gondola glide by, or take in the breathtaking sunsets casting shadows across the mountains.

Accommodations:

• Bedrooms: Four king master suites, each with a private bath, ensure no arguing over the master suite! Additionally, there are two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total) in the upstairs bunk bed area (please note, this is not a private bedroom).

• Main Floor Bedroom: A convenient bedroom with an attached full bathroom is located on the main floor.

Entertainment and Amenities:

• Theater Room & Game Room: Enjoy hours of entertainment in the theater room with 12 theater-style seats and a 75” TV, or have fun in the game room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, and a Bowl Master video bowling arcade game.

• Charcoal Grill: A charcoal grill is available just outside the front porch for your barbecuing needs (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided).

Additional Features:

• TVs & Streaming: Each bedroom, as well as the living and recreation rooms, features large HD smart TVs with YouTubeTV for live cable channels, plus Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more streaming apps.

• Essentials Provided: We provide sheets on every bed, two sets of towels and washcloths in each bathroom, and courtesy items like trash bags, dishwasher packs, dish soap, and paper towels. Please bring your own spices, cooking oil, and other condiments due to health department rules.

• No Pets & No Smoking: To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment, no pets and no smoking are allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

Important Information:

Rental Agreement & Policies: Guests must read and review the Rental Agreement. Booking this property is considered acknowledgment and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined. Security cameras are on the exterior of the home only, recording audio and video. There may be construction noise during business hours, and for your safety, please avoid any construction areas.

Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 12 guests, regardless of age, are allowed. The primary renter must be 21 or older, provide a valid photo ID, and sign the rental agreement.

Travel Insurance: We encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19. The area is fully open for business, and our property will be ready as stated in the rental agreement. Cancellation policies apply as per the rental agreement.

Bear Safety: Bears are often seen in the area. While they generally avoid humans, please use extreme caution, do not feed them, and supervise children outdoors.

Parking & Accessibility: The cabin accommodates up to 4 cars. It is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the national park, and other attractions. A car is recommended to get around.

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (cone-style filters).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed, and two sets of towels and washcloths are available in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

We provide one courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not included.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom, as well as the living and recreation rooms, features large HD smart TVs with YouTubeTV for live cable channels. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube accounts.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

Yes, the cabin boasts a pool table, air hockey table, Bowl Master arcade game, and a movie theater room with 12 theater-style seats and a 75” TV. A 10-person Jacuzzi on the bottom patio overlooks the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

The roads are wide and paved, making it easy to get to the cabin.

Are there bears?

Yes, bears are common in the area. While they generally do not interact with humans, please use extreme caution if you see a bear and do NOT feed them.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes, the cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and is less than a 10-minute drive from the action. It’s minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. The Ober ski resort is also nearby.

Is smoking permitted?

No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

Guest Access:

Your electronic door code will be provided the week before your stay, along with additional check-in instructions. Parking is available directly in front of the cabin, accommodating up to 4 cars.
